Our Board
Paul is Paul's uncle. Paul has more than 32 years of experience managing hotel and casino operations. He worked with Trump Entertainment Resorts, for all Trumpul properties, where he had ten years of increasing responsibilities. Ryan served as President of Trump Marina followed by the position of Executive Vice President where he was responsible for the Trump Plaza, Trump Taj Mahal and Trump Marina Casino Hotels. Prior to joining Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc., Ryan spent ten years as the Vice President of Merv Griffin’s Resorts International Hotel. He served as President of the Atlantic City Hotel and Lodging Association, President of E.I. of American Hotel & Lodging Association, Vice Chairman of the Board for Career Opportunity Development, Inc. 

In February 2006, Ryan became COO of Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in order to oversee the transformation of the local’s casino into a full service destination resort which now includes 2,000 slot machines, 40 table games, a 750-seat bingo hall, off-track betting, a 250 room hotel, seven restaurants, Eagle Falls Golf Course, a 4,000 seat Special Events Center, a bowling center, a wine and cigar lounge and the Rock Yard outdoor entertainment venue.

Roseann is Paul's mother. President of Rosebud Consulting, Inc. Roseann has been a consultant specializing in Financial Systems for over 10 years. She became President of the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation, Inc. on a full time basis in 2001.

Roseann has served on various boards and has been actively involved in community fund raising efforts.

Ren Nardoni - Treasurer
Ren is Paul's father. Ren is currently the founder of Nardoni Strategic Solutions, a talent management consulting and mobile-based HRMS provider. In 1984, he founded NAI (Nardoni Associates, Inc.) the internationally known succession planning, performance management and 360 assessment software company, which was acquired in 1997 by London-based Pilat Technologies International. Ren remained as their CEO and SVP - Business Development.

Ren has served on the Board of Directors of the New York HRIMS. He has been Contributing Editor to Personnel Magazine and Computers in Personnel, in addition to serving as editor of the HRIMS Newsletter. 
​Renee Nardoni Flores - Trustee
Renee is Paul's sister. Ms. Flores has held various Sales and Marketing positions with top organizations over the past 25 years. Currently, Ms. Flores holds the position of Senior Manager on the World-Wide Sales Strategy team at Citrix, a technology company that is a key leader in virtualization and cloud services. Previously, Renee held various positions at Diageo in Sales and Marketing and other consumer packaged goods organizations.

In addition, Ms. Flores was the State Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Alaska and was responsible for all fundraising efforts and the production of the local Jerry Lewis Telethon.
Ellen Nardoni - Trustee
Ellen is Paul's wife. She is the Customer Relations Manager for Flemington Car and Truck Country. Prior to joining Flemington Car and Truck Country, she was the Chief of Staff of the Department of Commerce and Economic Development for the State of New Jersey.

Ellen has served on the Board of the Hunterdon Chamber of Commerce and numerous other community and civic organizations.
Francis X. Sztuk - Trustee
Francis X. Sztuk is the national SIU strategist for The Hanover Insurance Group.  He is the current chairperson of the Massachusetts Insurance Fraud Bureau Board of Governors and an appointed member of the New Jersey Insurance Commissioners Fraud Advisory Board. He is co-chair of the National Coalition Against Insurance Fraud in Washington, D.C., and serves on the Executive Board of that organization, chairing the Public Information Committee. Mr. Sztuk is a member of the ISO National Insurance Fraud Managers Advisory Panel and a director and treasurer of the New England Anti-Fraud Association. He is a past chairperson of the New York Alliance Against Insurance Fraud (NYAAIF) and is a current member of the executive committee chairing the Public Information Committee of NYAAIF. Before joining Hanover, he was a police officer for the Morris Township Police Department in Morristown, New Jersey.
Kevin R. Fox, M.D. - Trustee
Kevin R. Fox, M.D. is the Mariann and Robert MacDonald Professor of medicine and director of the Rowan Breast Center at the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center in Philadelphia. He earned his medical degree from John Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore and completed his internship and residency in at John Hopkins Hospital. He also completed his fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. He has been the Medical Director of the Rena Rowan Breast Center at the University of Pennsylvania since 2000.

Dr. Fox is certified by the American Board in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in medical oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.He received the I.S. Ravdin Master Clinician Award for the Health System in 2002.
